The stuff was decent overall, and the prices weren’t terrible, but I wouldn’t say they were anything special either. I also expected some kind of follow-up after, but I never heard back, which was a bit disappointing.

"Staff seemed confused"
I asked a few basic questions, but the answers I got were confusing and not very helpful. It felt like the staff were guessing instead of actually knowing what they were talking about. The whole thing seemed avoidable with a little better training.

I had a smooth time using natures-source.com. The pages loaded fast, the menu was easy enough to figure out, and I found what I was looking for without having to click around a ton. Checkout was simple too, so yeah, no real complaints from me.

"Wrong items in my order"
I ordered a few supplements from Nature's Source, and the package actually showed up fast, which was nice. But when I opened it, two of the items weren’t what I had chosen.
One bottle was a different size, and another product was the wrong flavor. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it was frustrating because I had to stop and email them instead of just being able to use what I bought.
Support did get back to me eventually, but the response made me feel like they were kind of putting it on me, like maybe I had ordered wrong, even though I double-checked. I ended up having to do more of the sorting out than I expected. They really need to be more careful when packing orders.

I was feeling mentally drained when I went in, so I was relieved that there was a lot to choose from and I found everything I needed quickly.

My vitamins showed up all clumpy and had a kind of weird smell to them. I didn’t really feel comfortable taking them, so I ended up not using them.

My return was accepted, but the refund took longer than I thought it would. I ended up following up once because I wasn’t sure if I’d missed an update or if it was just taking a while. It did come through in the end, so not a bad experience, just a little slow. I think clearer updates would’ve made it less frustrating.

So yeah, I had a little issue with my order. Nothing huge, just one of those annoying things you don’t really want to deal with. I reached out to support and, they got back to me fast. They sorted it out without making it a whole complicated process, which I appreciated. Only thing is, it took an extra day to fully fix, so I’d say 4 stars overall.

"Actually worked better than I expected"
I’ve been taking these supplements for a few weeks now i did notice my energy picking up a bit. It wasn’t like some overnight miracle or anything, but, actually, I was kind of surprised, it’s been working well for me so far.

"I ordered from natures-source.com and the shipping was..."
I ordered from natures-source.com and the shipping was kinda slower than I expected. I figured it would only take a few days, but it just sat there for a while with no real updates, which was frustrating.
The items did show up eventually and everything was okay, so no complaints there. Customer service wasn’t awful, but they weren’t super helpful about timing either. I’d maybe order again, but only if I’m not in a rush.
